Terms of service

Last updated 31 October 2026

Template text. Have it checked by a lawyer for your country before you go live.

These terms apply to Guildwick, a Discord bot and website run by Strafr, Kruetzbreede 1 (“we”). By adding the bot or buying a plan you agree to them.

The service

Guildwick hosts a Discord bot that you create in your own Discord account, and gives you a web dashboard to configure it. One plan covers one server. You stay the owner of your bot application and are responsible for following Discord’s Developer Terms of Service. We aim for high availability but cannot promise the service never goes down, and Discord can change or limit what bots can do.

You give us your bot token so we can run the bot for you. We store it encrypted and use it only for that purpose. You can replace or delete it at any time. If you think your token leaked, reset it in the Discord Developer Portal.

Price and payment

Cancelling

Cancel any time in the dashboard under Billing. You will not be charged again. Your bot keeps running until the end of the month you already paid for.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because Premium starts right after payment, you agree at checkout that we start at once. If you withdraw within 14 days, contact support@strafr.com and we refund the amount for the days you did not use.

Fair use

Do not use Guildwick to break Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to harass people, or to send spam. We may remove the bot from servers that do, without a refund for the current month.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
