Privacy policy

Strafr (Kruetzbreede 1) is responsible for the personal data processed by Guildwick. Contact: support@strafr.com.

What we store

• Website sign-in: your Discord user ID, name, avatar and email address, and a list of servers you manage (read when you open the dashboard, not stored).
• Your bot: the bot token you give us, encrypted with AES-256-GCM, plus the bot’s ID, name and avatar. The token is never shown again, never written to log files and only used to run your bot. Our server keeps a folder per server with the bot’s logs (for 14 days) and ticket transcripts; it never contains the token.
• Billing: which server you pay for, payment status and dates, and a Mollie customer ID. Card and bank details stay with Mollie; we never see them.
• Bot data per server: settings, moderation cases (member ID, moderator ID, reason), XP and levels, tickets, giveaways, reminders, suggestions, birthdays (day and month only) and starboard entries.
• Logs: if a server enables logging, the bot posts deleted and edited messages to that server’s own channel. We do not keep a copy.

Why (legal basis)

• To provide the service you asked for (contract): sign-in, bot features, billing.
• To meet tax and accounting law: payment records, kept for the period the law requires.
• Legitimate interest: keeping the service safe and fixing errors (short-lived technical logs).

Who receives data

• Discord Inc. (the platform the bot runs on).
• Mollie B.V., Amsterdam (payments).
• Our hosting provider (servers and database).

How long

Server data is deleted 30 days after the bot stops serving a server (plan ended, bot removed from the server, or bot deleted in the dashboard). Deleting the bot in the dashboard removes its token at once. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, limitation, data portability, and object to processing. Email us. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie to keep you signed in, and short-lived cookies during sign-in for security. No tracking or advertising cookies.
